Great patience of the person with who I deal. I have been guided to many step to find a solution to my problem until it was solved.

My experience with PFS has been great. I just (hesitantly) upgraded to Big Sur and some of the plugins needed to be reinstalled or tweaked sort of. The support was there right away (9 - 4) and solved all my issues. Their plugins have saved me tons of time and have dazzled some of my clients. The support (although only chat) is there and totally helpful. Always have solved any problems quickly and efficiently. ROCK ON PFS!

I couldn't solve the problem with the website help alone.
However the chat people was super fast and analytic and solved the issue caused by fcpx in the blink of an eye. Great Support!

After few hours of frustration, because I had an error installing the plugins, the customer support help me in 5 mins! Very Fast and very friendly! Thank you again, you're plugins are great!

Everything I have used with Pixel Film Studios has worked thus far. Whenever I have had any issues or not understood a plugin, the online chat has been there to provide great assistance.

I've been a long time user and customer of these products and they've always been fantastic! Recently I had to wipe and reprogram my system and I had issues reinstalling the software. I contacted their customer support and they took their time and went ABOVE AND BEYOND to get my software fixed. They are absolutely AMAZING!

In such competitive times I believe a company stands or falls by the standard of customer support. I don't think companies realise how this contributes to a feeling of being respected and valued as a customer. I was using a Pixel Film Studios plugin for Final Cut Pro today and noticed that it would benefit by offering an option to tweak the design a bit, which was missing. I contacted support and one of their team just offered to do the tweak on the spot and did. Couldn't believe it, such a professional and friendly thing to do. And it worked perfectly. I think there might be a recommendation to implement the change so other users can benefit, so a perfect win win all round. I have quite a few Pixel Film Studios plug ins and they always impress; my experience today added to that. They have earned my custom in the future for sure. Thankyou.

Had an issue with a plug-in, and to be honest I just wanted to get a refund and be done with it. I tried the live chat and was quickly assisted by a human being who was kind and patient, sent me exactly what I needed to do, and made things quick and simple by only needing screenshots for me. Great customer service.

Had a difficult time downloading one of the Pixel Studios packs. The agent worked with me for more than an hour, and finally solved the problem. He explained what i needed to do, and even though in some cases my screen looked different than the one he was using was still able to tell me what to do.

Chole was great! A God sent! Patience, speedy and so kind! She realized I was a little unknowledgeable about things and she took the wheel!
